The information we collect
When you use the "Book a visit" enquiry form on this website, you choose to send us:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (if you provide it)
- Your child's age range
- Any message you write to us
The form opens your own email app so that you send these details to us directly. You give this information to us voluntarily so that we can respond to you.
Technical information
This website does not run analytics or tracking, and it does not build a profile of you. Like most websites, the company that hosts this site may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running reliably. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors.
Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies. The map in our contact section is provided by Google Maps, and Google may set cookies or collect data when that map loads, under its own policy. See the "Third-party content" section below.
How we use your information
We use the details you send only to:
- Reply to your enquiry
- Arrange a visit and answer your questions about places, sessions and fees
We will not use your details for marketing without your clear agreement, and we never sell, trade or rent your information.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep your information safe from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. Enquiries reach us by email and are seen only by the staff who need them in order to reply to you.
Sharing your information
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. Your enquiry reaches us by email, so it is handled by our email provider. We will not share your enquiry with any other third party unless we are required to do so by law.
Third-party content and links
Our contact section displays a map from Google Maps, and our footer links to our Facebook page. These services have their own privacy policies and may collect data or set cookies when you use them. How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and, if your child joins us, to set up their records. If you do not go ahead, we delete the enquiry within a reasonable period.
